We called Goodwin and inquired about replacing or repairing the roof. Jeff, owner of Goodwin Construction, sent his son out the same day to cover the exposed areas so there would be no more damage until we could meet with him. Jeff came out, looked at the roof and said we should file an insurance claim and asked us to call him when the adjuster would be here as he wanted to show the adjuster exactly what we had. Appointments were made, Jeff showed up early and waited for the adjuster. They went up on the roof, he showed the adjuster several places damaged. The adjuster needed to come back again and Jeff wanted to be there. Jeff answered all of our phone calls, answered our questions and addressed our concerns, such an honest, polite and professional man. His roofing crew showed up promptly, were polite, neat and replaced the roof in one day. They cleaned up all around the house, deck, flower beds and roses without any damage. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend Goodwin Construction.
